CHRIS TOFFALES
Mr. Toffales has extensive experience in managing operations, business development and corporate strategic planning in the aerospace and defense industry. In addition, he has extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisition with over ten successful transactions completed totaling over $1 billion. Mr. Toffales is currently the President and Founder of CTC Aero, LLC, a defense consulting advisory company specializing in strategic development, mergers and acquisitions and financial capitalization. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Toffales was the Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing and President of DRS Systems Company where he was instrumental in the company’s growth and development from $200 million in revenue to $850 million in four years. Between 1994 to 1999, Mr. Toffales worked for Lockheed Martin Corporation as Vice President of Business Development at Fairchild Systems and Vice President of Imaging and Training Systems for Lockheed Martin Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Toffales was the Vice President of Advanced Technology for Loral Corporation where he was responsible for a major business line with annual sales of $90 million and consistent growth of over 20% annually. Mr. Toffales started his career at Fairchild Weston Systems, first as a Senior Engineer and then as Director of Space Programs. Mr. Toffales received a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the City College of New York. |
